BIVALENT CLAWS

The new claw system is of the bivalent type, compatible with current combustion and new electric models.

Bivalence is achieved through the inclusion of four servomotors, 1 in the octopus clamp and 3 in the cockpit claw, which allow the adjustment, in width and height in the grip, entry and exit, of four different models of bodies and dashboards. With much greater flexibility and precision than that offered by the pneumatic cylinder.

AUTOMATIC SCREWING

The claw includes an automatic bolting system to fasten the cockpit to the bodywork, which was previously done manually.

Screwdriving automationThe bolting of the cockpit to the bodywork, which was previously done manually, means a reduction in process times.

Ventajas
Safety The automatic handling of the cockpit makes it effortless for any operator.
Improved Productivity Screwing becomes automatic, reducing time.
Improved Quality Positioning controls ensure correct positioning of the bumper as it enters the body.
