Solución
  • Double-acting system.

The double die-cutting and welding system allows the machine cycle time to be shortened, assembling the logo at the same time, without losing the precision and correct centring of the elements.

  • Manual headlamp screw-on system.

With verification of 6 screws (3x3)

 

CRADEL (100% detection)

The cradle guarantees the correct positioning of the different parts of the product and reads the reference of the bumper inserted by means of a DM reader, ensuring repeatability in the process.

DRILLING

The installation has a first position where the mechanical die-cutting of the logo is carried out.

WELDING

The installation has a second position where the logo is welded by means of 12 hot tips (HTE).
