The machine is conceived to be practically automatic:
- Removing responsibility from the operator.
- Facilitating the process
- And assisting with different drives the efforts to be made by the operator. In-line and off-line engraving.
The machine has two configurations that allow engraving, in-line or off-line, with finished car. A vertical electric axis allows us to move the head freely.
ENGRAVED HEAD WITH POSITIONERS
Engraving by scratching, associated with X/Y buoyancy to secure the position. Two flanges secure the position in two holes and fix the head.
AUTOMATIC MOVEMENTS
Two movements allow us to introduce the assembly through the rear door of the car in a compact way and reach the location automatically.
BODY FASTENING SYSTEM
A flange system automatically clamps the installation to the line body, allowing the machine to be dragged and positioned.
GUIDES ON THE TOP
The system hangs on aluminum X/Y guides. The X movement is motorized and connected through a pneumatic clutch.
