The group expects to exceed 50 million euros in revenue by 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction provides Teknics with the industrial, organizational, and financial backing of a diversified group, increasing its capacity to undertake larger and more complex automation projects and strengthening its ability to deliver results from the earliest engineering phases through installation and final commissioning.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This transaction means growing in size, but especially in strength and capacity. Teknics brings the backing of a broader industrial and financial structure, while Gurpea adds knowledge, technology, and expertise in new sectors and technologies.
