Automated rotary assembly cell where 8 different product references are assembled.

The main process of the cell consists of screwing two screws and two nuts, held in place by a rubber band, onto the casing of the different references.

The product is laser marked and then checked using a Data Matrix reader, allowing for more comprehensive control of product traceability.

FlexiBowl® is an innovative, patented flexible parts feeding system for automated production lines that use industrial robots or cobots.

Versatility:

  • Capable of feeding parts between 1 and 300 mm and between 1 and 300 g, regardless of their geometry, surface, or material.
  • Allows for quick and multiple product changes.

FLEXIVISION TECHNOLOGY

Computer vision software that controls FlexiBowl® operations.

  • FlexiVision controls all FlexiBowl® operations, including acceleration, deceleration, speed, angle, and activation of the tilting mechanism.
  • Manages the bulk feeder algorithm and robot calibration.
  • The system also allows coordinates to be transferred to the robot to activate the pick-and-place sequence, as well as more precise placement of parts in FlexiBowl®.
