The cell is composed of three synchronous stations joined by a rotary table:

The installation includes a position where two silentblocks are inserted by pressing.
TRIPLE STATION ON TABLE AND CLAMP
Both the robot’s rotary table and claw have 3 fixtures with a capacity for two parts each
LASER MARKING AND READING
The facility has a station where laser marking and data matrix reading are performed.
Connectorized system that allows for easy disassembly for shipping, and subsequent assembly at the customer’s site.
Safety, 100% since the machine is protected with a fairing and safety barriers.
