Installation developed for the stamping and welding by US of the logo on the vehicle bumper and manual screwing, by the operator, of the headlights.

Double effect system.
The double die-cutting and welding system allows for a shorter machine cycle time, assembling the logo simultaneously, without losing precision and proper centering of the elements.
Manual headlight bolting system.
with 6-screw verification (3×3)
CRADLE (100% detection)
The cradle ensures the correct placement of the different parts of the product and reads the reference of the inserted bumper using a DM reader, ensuring repeatability in the process.
DIE-CUTTING
The installation has a first position where the mechanical die-cutting of the logo is carried out.
WELDING
The installation has a second position where the logo is welded using 12 hot tips (HTE).
