Double-effect system.
The double-cutting and welding system shortens the machine cycle time by assembling sensors and logos simultaneously, without compromising the precision and centering of the components.
CRADLE (100% detection)
The cradle ensures the correct placement of the different parts of the product and reads the reference of the inserted bumper using a DM reader, ensuring repeatability in the process.
DIE-CUTTING
The installation has a first position where the bumper is heated and the sensors are ultrasonically die-cut, as well as the mechanical die-cutting of the logo.
WELDING
The installation has a second position where the sensors are soldered using sonotrodes and the logo is soldered using 12 hot tips (HTE).
