WEIGHTLESS MANIPULATOR WITH PNEUMATIC LOCKING ROTATING SYSTEM
The weightless manipulator is coupled to an XY Cartesian plane, which, together with the rotating system integrated into the manipulator itself, allows the operator to move and rotate the entire head, enabling the engraving of vehicles that are on or off the production line.
Improved ergonomics, thanks to the weightless system integrated into the manipulator and the use of ergonomic handles, preventing incorrect postures for the operators.
Reduced non-conformities, thanks to the new head design that allows precise centering on the vehicle, always accurately repeating the engraving position.
Productivity improvement, since the entire process is carried out at the same station, avoiding changes of head depending on the vehicle model.
