Engraved frame for smallbev emergencies (electrical)
Installation developed for the engraving of the frame, both online and offline, of two different electric car models.

Online and offline engraving.
A vertical electric axis allows us to move the head freely.
ENGRAVED HEAD WITH POSITIONERS
Engraving by scratching, combined with X/Y floatation to ensure positioning. Two pin clamps secure the position in two holes and fix the print head.
AUTOMATIC MOVEMENTS
BODY MOUNTING SYSTEM
A system of clamps automatically secures the installation to the production line body, enabling the machine to be pulled and positioned.
UPPER GUIDES
The system hangs from aluminum X/Y guides. The X movement is motorized and connected via a pneumatic clutch.
100% safety, since the operator must be pressing a two-handed button that confirms total control of the process.
Productivity Improvement: Even though it is an emergency strategy, the installation meets the line cycle time, and its use does not penalize productivity.
Improved Quality: The position of the engraving is guaranteed by a set of sensors that confirm that the entire process has been correct.
