This installation was developed for the automation of laser engraving on various electrical differentials. The different models pass along the line and on the conveyor belt. The correct results are verified using machine vision.

The machine adapts automatically. The system automatically adapts to the block size, adjusting to its dimensions.

MANIPULATION AXIS
The system combines a transverse electric axis with a pneumatic vertical axis equipped with a rotary and gripper unit. This allows elements to be transferred from one tape to the other and rotated so they can be recorded in any position.

CONVEYOR BELTS
The installation consists of an arrival and departure belt, a parallel belt where the operations are carried out, and a third belt where the incorrectly engraved parts are deposited.

ADJUSTABLE CLAMPING
The elements are clamped to guarantee the quality of the engraving. The clamps, equipped with different auxiliary movements, adapt to different geometries.
