The loading of the 3 moldings is done manually, in the same cycle, and synchronously with the operation of the machine, reducing times.
A machine vision camera located at the tip of a robot verifies that all its components have been correctly assembled in previous stages of production, through an automatic cycle.
On one side of the machine, the right moldings are checked, and on the other, the left moldings.
ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT
An anthropomorphic robot with a machine vision camera at its tip verifies the molding assembly.
INTERCHANGEABLE CASSETTES
Each machine has interchangeable cassettes that allow future molding models to be accommodated by simply changing the cassettes.
4 REFERENCE WORK
Each cassette is capable of working with two different product references: Long moldings, for full roof trucks and short moldings, for models with roof racks, on both the left and right sides.
