Both machines are designed for a quick reference changeover.
(x8) CUTTING DIES
Each machine has 8 cutting dies. 5 for central stampings of the edges and another 3 that perform both the stamping of the edges as well as the cutting of the molding ends.
INTERCHANGEABLE CASSETTES
Following the Japanese lean manufacturing philosophy, each machine has interchangeable cassettes that allow a quick reference changeover. This way machine downtime is reduced.
BIVALENT MACHINE
Each set of dies is capable of working two different product references. Long moldings, for complete roof trucks and short moldings, for models with rack on the roof.
