TRANSPORT CART

Custom designed, it allows for convenient transport of the coils.

  • The system incorporates:
  • Axle with rolling balls.
  • Anti-fall locking system.
  • Easy-to-handle wheels.

TURN AND LIFT STATION
System that collects the reels, rotates them, and places them on the lift. It includes:

  • Rotating shaft system with balls.
  • Electric elevator.

CARTESIAN + CLAW

  • Electric Cartesian X, Y, Z that secures the coils with an expandable mandrel and the papers with suction cups.
  • Dimensional control of coils.
  • Expandable mandrel.
  • Cardboard clamping suction cups on axle with pneumatic Z movement.

SEPARATOR PAPER STORAGE
Separator paper storage, manually loaded from the outside:

  • Telescopic guides.
  • Fill detection.

LABELING MACHINE
Real-time printing and application system, designed for small labels placed on curved surfaces.
