The central track is attached to the vehicle structure and is synchronized with the movement of the transport chain, transmitting the position and speed to the lateral tracks that support the 6-axis robots, with in some cases auxiliary axes.

Improved ergonomics and health: the robot raises and lowers the hood, tightens the screws inside, and applies primer to the entire windshield. Since primer is a flammable and toxic liquid, we avoid direct contact with people.
Improved quality ensures the correct tightening torque, the amount of fluid applied, and the proper placement of the gasket. This eliminates costly rework caused by failures in leak tests.
Reduction of non-conformities: real-time parameter recording allows for notification and correction of potential process issues. Control of gasket closure dimension, tightening torque, and exact quantities of primer applied.
