Initially, SNA Europe Vitoria needed to supplement its in-house maintenance team with qualified external personnel who could integrate into the plant’s operations and provide reliable and effective technical support.

The partnership, which has been established over the past 14 years at the Vitoria plant, has enabled the collaboration to be expanded to the Irún plant, where Gurpea now also provides continuous service.

Gurpea developed a maintenance solution tailored to the specific needs of each plant, providing specialized technical staff on an ongoing basis in coordination with SNA’s internal team.

SNA EUROPE VITORIA

  • A continuous service is provided by three technicians with backgrounds in mechanics and boilermaking, who are integrated into the plant’s regular maintenance operations.
  • In addition, Gurpea provides extra staff during certain production shutdowns throughout the year, bolstering response capacity at times that are particularly critical for industrial operations. This additional support enables SNA to manage these periods with greater resources, more flexibility, and improved responsiveness.

SNA EUROPE IRÚN

  • The service is provided on a continuous basis by one electromechanical technician, who supports the plant’s maintenance needs and also works alongside the client’s own team.
