But we’re not talking about just any celebration… no. But rather a celebration IN GRAND STYLE 😉. One of those where we truly have fun and remember for a lifetime.
To do this, we are going to break LinkedIn’s mold and use a more informal format: A GIVEAWAY!

FIRST.- ORGANIZING ENTITY
The entity GURPEA will develop a free giveaway for the purpose of promoting the company.
SECOND.- TERRITORIAL, TEMPORAL SCOPE, PARTICIPANTS
This promotion will be in effect and will be announced on the same day and time as the LinkedIn post publication, and will remain until September 13, 2023.
All users over 18 years of age who are legal residents in their country of residence may participate in the promotion if they:
1. Follow Gurpea’s LinkedIn page.
2. Recommend the giveaway post.
3. Share the giveaway post on their feed.
4. Comment on the giveaway post mentioning two LinkedIn contacts.
The right to participate in this giveaway is completely free.
THIRD.- PURPOSE
The objective of this promotion is to make known and promote the Gurpea brand among all participants in this promotion as well as on this social network.
FOURTH.- PRIZES
The prize for this promotion consists of:
- 2 TICKETS FOR THE STING CONCERT AT NAVARRA ARENA ON DECEMBER 16, 2023 AT 10:00 PM (Seat location: Gurpea Box) + info.
- LUNCH OR DINNER FOR 2 PEOPLE AT LA CUCHARA DE MARTIN RESTAURANT. + info.
- DOUBLE ROOM, 1 night with breakfast included, at the HOTEL TRES REYES in Pamplona. + info.
* Gurpea will not cover travel expenses, or any expenses that may be generated during enjoyment of the prize, not detailed in this section.
Prize conditions:
– The prize may in no case be subject to change, alteration, cash compensation or transfer at the request of the winner(s).
– Participation by the same person through different LinkedIn profiles is strictly prohibited.
– Commercialization and/or sale of the prize or the right to obtain it is prohibited.
– Gurpea is not responsible for the use that the winner makes of the prize.
– Renunciation of the prize will not give any right to compensation or indemnification.
– Once the instructions mentioned in section SIXTH of the legal terms are fulfilled, and the necessary data is provided with the indicated advance notice, Gurpea will manage the hotel and restaurant reservation with the corresponding giveaway partners, always subject to availability.
FIFTH.- MECHANICS AND PRIZE ALLOCATION
During the promotional period previously indicated, all users who are natural persons, over 18 years of age and legal residents in their country of residence, may participate through their LinkedIn profile.
To participate you must be a LinkedIn user and meet the previously indicated requirements. By participating, you are accepting the legal terms.
Each user may leave as many comments as they wish, tagging two colleagues in each of the comments.
The management of the contest and the random draw of the winner will be carried out through the Sortea2 application.
In the event that the first winner does not respond, the prize will pass to substitute number 2.
If it is not possible to contact any of the winners, the prize will be declared void.
All comments must comply with the giveaway rules and have been published on LinkedIn from the moment the contest is published on the page, before September 13, 2023 at 10:00 am.
SIXTH.- WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize winner will be published from 10:00 am on September 13, 2023, the same time when participation ends. The winner announcement will be made on Gurpea’s LinkedIn page in the form of a post.
The participant must send an email to marketing@gurpea.com with their NAME, SURNAME, ID NUMBER, PHONE NUMBER and email address for prize management and reservation, within 7 calendar days from the date of notification of their winner status.
The prize claim period will end after these 7 calendar days following the publication date of the winner of this promotion.
Once the above instructions are fulfilled, and the necessary data is provided with the indicated advance notice, Gurpea will manage the hotel and restaurant reservation with the corresponding giveaway partners, always subject to availability.
Gurpea will provide the tickets, reservations and/or necessary instructions for enjoying the prize with a minimum of two weeks prior to the date 12/16/2023.
EIGHTH.- USE OF WINNERS’ IMAGE AND PARTICIPATION MATERIAL
The winners of this promotion authorize Gurpea to use their name and/or LinkedIn profile image in any advertising material linked to this promotion and for its purposes, including social networks, without the right to any economic compensation.
