Pamplona – After the success and growing demand for its Technical Talent Selection and Hiring Service, the Gurpea Group announces the launch of TALENTTU, a new brand with its own identity, exclusively focused on solving the challenges of selecting technical profiles in the industrial sector at a national level.
What began just a year ago as an additional service within Gurpea’s Industrial Maintenance area has now become a new business line, created in response to a critical market need: the shortage of qualified professionals in technical fields and the long duration of selection processes for these profiles.
This step forward comes after strong results and increasing demand from clients. Since 2023, through its Technical Talent Selection and Hiring Service, Gurpea has managed 18 technical profile selection processes, achieving 23 direct hires by companies and reaching a turnover of more than €150,000. In addition, in less than a year, requests for selection processes have grown by 30%, reflecting the sector’s confidence in this new project and highlighting the difficulty companies face in hiring qualified technical profiles with their own resources.

According to a recent report by the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), 56% of companies in the industrial sector face difficulties filling technical positions. In particular, profiles such as maintenance technicians, skilled operators, and specialized engineers are increasingly difficult to find, significantly impacting company productivity and growth. Additionally, the average duration of selection processes for these profiles exceeds 5 months, representing a major barrier to sector development.
TALENTTU emerges as a ‘revolution’ in response to this growing challenge of selecting technical talent in the industrial sector, offering a space for ‘connection’ between companies and professionals, managed by experts and ensuring agile, precise, and transparent processes.
