Since its opening in 2018, the Gurpea branch in Catalonia has been a strategic point for the company, focused mainly on sales and the management of automation engineering projects. Now, in response to sustained growth in demand in the area, Gurpea is taking a step forward with the expansion of its facilities and the incorporation of new resources.
This decision is driven by several key factors: the arrival of recurring orders from one of our main clients (SEAT), the acquisition of new customers in the region, and the recent launch of significant contracts by our Industrial Maintenance division. Added to this is the momentum of a clearly expanding market, especially in sectors such as automotive, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals.
To respond to this opportunity, Gurpea has committed to a significant expansion of its Catalonia branch. What had until now been a small commercial office is moving to a new 500-square-meter facility, which will include an office area and a small production hub dedicated to repairs and auxiliary assemblies. This new infrastructure will enable more agile operations and closer customer support, while keeping our main manufacturing focus centralized in Navarra.
In addition, a new commercial profile is joining our team, dedicated exclusively to business development and personalized support in the region—strengthening our local presence and responsiveness.
