We Join the Fight against the Coronavirus

Company

|

Despite the adversity, we have continued to work, focusing on combating COVID while also seeking new business avenues to recover lost jobs. Here are some examples:

ACCESS CONTROL AND DISINFECTION

We have designed a solution for access control. This solution includes temperature measurement, automatic hand disinfection, access control turnstile, and a nebulizing arch.

It is currently undergoing approval with the Ministry of Health to approve the substance to be nebulized. Initially, our option is to use ionized water, as it is harmless to people and has demonstrated virucidal power.

AIRGYVER RESPIRATOR

In collaboration with engineers from the TECNALIA technology center in Zaragoza, we designed, developed, and manufactured an invasive respirator for seriously ill ICU patients. The device was presented to the Government of Navarra’s competition, which was published at the beginning of the pandemic to anticipate possible supply shortages in the market. Ultimately, it was not necessary to proceed with manufacturing because there was no shortage of equipment.

Version 2 with more features is now ready!

SOLIDARITY COLLABORATION

Our colleague Joseba from Mechanical Design took the 3D printer home and began manufacturing necessary material in collaboration with the Nursing Association and the covidmakers initiative to protect our healthcare workers. The star products have been facial screen supports, ear savers for masks, and non-touch hooks.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have also manufactured and installed separation screens to maintain social distance in the workplace. Several clients have trusted our solution, and we have applied it internally.

PPE

From the beginning, it has been a constant struggle against the market. But thanks to our purchasing and OHS departments, we have ensured that there is no shortage of masks, gloves, and disinfectant gels necessary to protect us against the virus.

In addition, the return to the offices is being staggered, and our jobs are being adapted to maintain the necessary distance with our colleagues.

Arrangements have also been made with the cleaning supplier to pay special attention to disinfection and the cleaning products used, keeping the facilities as sanitized as possible.
